Aquago!Learn moreView ProgramAquaGo!
Designed for ages 7+, and/or athletes who have successfully completed Swim Level 5. (To note: potential athletes can be assessed by our coaches if they are not sure – must be able to complete 25m unassisted.) AquaGo! helps young children gain confidence in learning how to swim in sync with others (and fun music!). It is an introductory swimming program that teaches how to use previously learned skills such as floating, sculling, stroking, and kicking in a synchronized swimming environment. Additional artistic swimming techniques are gradually introduced in a fun, inclusive environment.

LCompLearn moreView ProgramLComp
LComp, or Limited Competitive, offers a taste of competitive swimming that builds from the AquaGo! program. Can sometimes also be appropriate for those that began artistic swimming a little later (ages 9+) with coach assessment, LComp provides the opportunity for swimmers to compete against other athletes at one annual meet.

Learn moreView ProgramCompetitive – Provincial Stream
Those wanting to dive into competitive artistic swimming will want to check out the Provincial Stream program. Swimmers are organized into groups based on age and are expected to practice several times a week. This program requires more commitment than LComp.

Solo/DuetsLearn moreView ProgramSolo/Duets
Second-year Provincial Stream swimmers are eligible to join the Solo/Duet program upon approval of the Head Coach. Solos encourage individual growth and advancement with the opportunity to participate in a duet. There are more fees and practice times with this selection.

MastersLearn moreView ProgramMasters
Are you an adult over the age of 20 and don’t have the time for a full commitment? Participants meet twice a week to develop technical skills related to their routine and for enjoyable fitness workouts. An optional meet provides the opportunity to compete with other athletes if desired. No prior experience is required to join the Masters program.
